Corporate Foster Care

Foster care services are individualized and based on the particular needs of each person. These services are an alternative to institutionalization. They promote the optimal health, independence, safety and integration of a person who would otherwise require the level of care provided in a skilled nursing or treatment facility.

Supported Living Services

We help service recipients with intellectual disabilities increase and maintain their physical, intellectual, emotional and social functioning. We provide personalized, compassionate, person-centered care 24/7. We provide residential-based services in an adult foster care setting. Our services:

  • Provide safety through supervision and monitoring of self-care and health care
  • Teach socialization, communication and interpersonal skills through counseling, assistance, community participation and recreation
  • Improve mobility as well as sensory and motor development through therapeutic activities
  • Increase independence through training, money management and household chores

In-Home Family Support Services

Residential-based habilitation enables the service recipient to remain in the family home. These services attempt to increase and maintain a person’s physical, intellectual, emotional and social functioning.

Independent Living Skills

We provide Independent Living Skills Services in the home or community of the service recipient. Our goal with these services is to maintain their community living skills and community integration.

Semi-Independent Living Services

Semi-independent living services include training and assistance to persons in;

  • Money Management
  • Meal Preparation
  • Shopping
  • Personal appearance and hygiene

We also encourage other activities needed to maintain and improve the capacity of our service recipients to live independently in the community. Our goal is to support people in ways that will enable them to achieve their goals and lead self-directed lives.
