If you refer someone for a position at Opal and the person gets hired, and you both still work scheduled hours for Opal five months later, the referring employee will receive a $200 bonus! Opal also offers an additional incentive to those who refer multiple applicants. Opal will offer an added $50 for each additional eligible applicant that an employee refers (up to $550)! Once the $550 cap is reached, the referring bonus begins back at $200.
