Effective starting 06/01/2021, if you refer someone for a position at Opal and the applicant gets hired, and you both still work scheduled hours for Opal 5 months later, you will receive a $500 bonus!
Referred employee must let Human Resources know the name of the employee who referred them no later than their first day of orientation training. Both individuals must be active employees with Opal for a minimum of 5 months and have worked a minimum of 250 hours (sub status and temporary employees are not eligible).
Former employees are not considered an eligible applicant for the referral bonus. Please note that all Opal employees are eligible for the referral bonus, however the employee who referred the applicant will not interview or make the hiring decision for said applicant. EOE.
